Enjoyed wrapping up a good week with a solid session @gozwift.bsky.social .
Time to focus a bit on some upcoming midterm exams at the university, before I’ll attempt to break the virtual everesting record0️⃣🦆

Spending almost 2 months in Spain was definitely a good decision for my training quality. On the other hand, it feels good to come home to Norway and see some proper snow this winter
Nice view from today’s ride
Got my hair trimmed today, got told I looked like Ed Sheeran… not the first time someone has said that.
Personally I don’t see the similarities, but at least the hairdresser said I have much better hair than him
As a cyclist it’s fascinating to see the results of a big change in training philosophy and structure compared to previous years 🤓
Reading the Norwegian updates from the olympics, and then seeing what the newspapers are saying… I don’t have words… We have an athlete winning a gold for his late friend, but that isn’t the headline😶
Going on and off the highway?🤣
Happy to announce I’ll be back in blue with «Team Ringerike» this year. Also looking forward to ride on «Dare» on the road and gravel. Still some weeks before the season starts but the winter has been good to me so far, and I’m highly motivated to bounce back up to the pro ranks0️⃣🦆
Pretty happy with my daily routine the last days:
Studying
Vo2max session on the bike
More studying
LT1 session on the bike
Another round of studying
Enjoying my university subjects more than I had expected
I think it would be better to say:
For both your own and others’ well being, please allow other riders to train, and give them as much space on the road as needed. Show respect and be cautious when being out on the road in open traffic. If you want to ride with someone, say hi and ask if it’s okay
Unfortunately way too many pro’s and none pro’s goes too fast downhill on training. Being followed by random people or not.
I have seen way too many people crash on training because they think they are world champions. If you want speed/danger, do mtb/downhill on closed courses, not in open traffic
Damn it, who would have thought.
It’s a worth a try, I’d love to see it work🤣
Just show respect and be cautious in traffic. If you are doing the same pace, no worries doing your own pace. Just don’t sit 5-10cm behind :)
I have personally been crashed into by someone jumping onto my wheel, and that is so unnecessary and unfortunate for everyone
I’ll happily let people ride on my wheel if they ask, but if they don’t I feel uncomfortable, and to some degree unsafe. I don’t know how good of a bike handler you are, I don’t know how aware you are, I don’t know how safe in traffic you are.
After reading about Vingegaard crashing on training yesterday and the total amount of random riders jumping onto pro’s wheels.
I have a question.
How would you feel about a random person breathing down your neck at work? Without asking if you are fine with it…

Another windy day in Calpe, but at least when you run you are less likely to be blown over
The day got wrapped up with a vo2max session before trying out the local fish and chips
First session today was a solid TTT with some real hitters and great guys on @gozwift.bsky.social
If you need anything translating from: English / Spanish into Norwegian / Swedish / Danish (and vice versa) contact Magnus as he’s started translating on a freelance basis.
Plus he can transcribe and code. So if anyone in the cycling industry / beyond needs his skills or wants his CV, pls reach out
This is not the best advertisement for my translation freelance work
Well, Johannes is the husband of Line, but I have a feeling there has been a mix up here
Highly impressive
That is too funny
¿Cómo estás?
Random question to my followers (and random people seeing this post). Would it be interesting in getting a more detailed look at my day to day routine, on for example youtube. Including my road towards an attempt at the world record on virtual everesting.

Tomorrow I’ll be doing my third virtual everesting on @gozwift.bsky.social
Will it be painful? Probably
Will it be fun? Hopefully
Will I use a different climb then previous times? Yes
If this sounds interesting, feel free to join me on my ride, you’ll find me on Alpe du Zwift targeting 4.5/4.6w/kg🫡
