Conclusion:
Conjugating stem cell-derived EVs to dopamine enhances their uptake in the brain without side-effects and provides neuroprotective effects against Parkinsonโ€™s disease.

Future research could use similar approaches for other disorders such as Alzheimerโ€™s disease.
