Clio Drive also fights with Adobe Pro. If you want to bates number or OCR documents or save to PDF it won't work much of the time. Clio tries to upload the temp files Adobe creates before they're completed, and the whole process fails.

Contacted support, they were worse than useless.

Don't use Clio's built-in cloud drive for document management. Use a Dropbox or Onedrive integration.

Clio Drive sucks. For a lot of reasons. I have a lot of pleadings built as mail merge fill in the blank forms. They don't work if they're stored on Clio Drive.
