Awesome. I'm on board as user, since almost 10 years. Never had an unbootable phone or other weird issues on the stable channel,that other people have with Android distributions. They also do proper hardening of the OS and not just some esoteric tweaking of browser cookies and other privacy settings

Nice. Came to the same conclusion after testing Gnome 48 on Debian Trixie recently for fun. Would definitely use it for a touch device. The last one I've used was v2 prior to switching to i3 (and probably sway soon)

Doing old people stuff 🤣 Logged out of X, regular sleep schedule, exercise, no caffeine in late afternoon/evening (to improve sleep quality). Not too much beer. But I do fail with this plan also regularly 😆 I mean we're all human aferall and no robots yet (at least the last time I checked)
