It is a sad fact that MAGA is so bad that many people remember previous GOP administrations with nostalgia — ah, the good old days.

That’s the perk of working for this administration: You don’t have to actually know anything about your department or its mission.

“Expertise” means “subversive” to this bunch.

If ever there was a human being who cares nothing about who is on food stamps and who is not on food stamps and why — I give you Donald J. Trump.

From “Shining City on a Hill” to “Biggest Bully on the Block.”

Hope the ships have enough room and a large enough staff to treat 70 million people.

On the bright side, the morale of sex offenders, frauds and sadists can point to the President of the United States as a kindred spirit.

Imagine all of the harebrained Trump ideas we HAVEN’T heard about — ideas that were so lunatic that even THIS administration kept under wraps.

The guy is a petri dish of dysfunction.

Who would have thought that a labor union would lock horns with a zillionaire cabal that views fairness as a subversive plot.

The way he’s taking the decision you’d think that the guy‘s been leading a privileged, consequence-free life, enabling him to be as selfish, stupid and dishonest as he likes.

What a frightening deja vu for older Germans.

Count on major corporations to do the wrong thing. Call it the “Mercedes-Benz Syndrome.”

Big money in our electoral process is THE poison tree from which grows… distrust of government, struggling schools, wealth imbalance, BRIBEABLE LEADERS and loudmouthed charlatans offering to “fix it all.”

Campaign finance reform NOW.

Although considerably smarter.

Any more of this behavior, GOP, and people may start thinking that your party is a cartel of power-lusting, anti-democratic cowards.

Quel dommage.

You can call any organization “the press” — even Fox News, for instance — but without credibility, it ain’t. In fact, this democracy’s survival largely depends on how many owners of large news orgs cave — or don’t — to the menace in the WH.

I think the name will linger for the foreseeable future — as its reputation and credibility sprints toward Palookaville.

As the venerable Washington Post goes to hell.

The fascist playbook: get rid of the press, the teachers, the scientists and anyone else who traffics in facts — and the country is yours.

Yes, he would indeed be frog-marched from the White House to the big house —
But America has lost its moral compass, its self-respect and its mind.
So Mr. Trump is free to grift, lie and rig to his tiny heart’s content.

This almost cartoon version of an arch-villain — will do whatever we allow him to do.

That’s where general strikes and mass boycotts come in handy.

It is a modern miracle — and testament to the Cuban people —that this island-nation has managed to survive the mighty dragon perched above it.

Shame, pity, disgust, frustration — What I wouldn’t give to get a break from these.

This slo-mo coup is way past tiresome.

Thank you. So rarely does our past adventurism enter into the conversation.
Toss in our appetite for — and our “war” on — drugs and its a miracle they have any country left to run from.
