They are right to celebrate, thinks Leia, who has made her way to a secluded spot in the corner after giving the proper congratulations and kudos and thank yous. it literally just came up in conversation a few years ago. he was an obgyn at vanderbilt for his whole medical career & his colleague started a gender reassignment clinic (one of the first/only in the us at the time) & asked him to be part of it. he would’ve been a republican at the time, too
man this sucks. idk the specifics but my grandfather was literally doing gender reassignment surgeries at vanderbilt in like the 70s

today while trying to help a patient who FORGOT to bring the (schedule ii controlled substance) script she needed filled she got upset with me for "speaking too harshly" when i was literally using my regular voice. she told me i should "speak softer" like who tf do u think u are.
