As with any big tail it can get quite tiring to wear after a while and the belts pulling on you can strain you quite a bit but that's not an issue specific to the tail, I'd totally recommend this maker for a partial or full suit, they've been wonderful and communicative

The tail is very pretty and comfy and surprisingly enough not a floor dragger, it needs two belts to properly be worn which can be a hassle but that's normal with big tails. I didn't wear it much because wearing a huge tail in a very crowded con is a big hassle
