Exactly the same thing happened in my country, in the early 80s. Back then it was a massive success and everyone went out for the 3D glasses to witness something unique ๐Ÿ˜… Even nowadays this is talked about and it's still one of the landmarks in public television history in here. I was about 6 or 7.
