D.P. Dough by my college was a gold mine. They delivered to two other nearby colleges as well. Franchisee didn't pay taxes, or so the story goes, and they were shut down by the IRS.

As someone who often paid full price for toys either due to impatience or fomo, I often wonder if the folks who wait for items to hit clearance truly want them or if they're only buying just because they're discounted.
You add a teaspoon of baking soda and you can see the mixture change color nearly instantly going from a dark brown to light brown as you stir. You can make that and coat almost anything.
Sounds yummy! I love cooking that involves chemical reactions! Have you heard of or made corn pop crackers? Its butter, brown sugar, and dark corn syrup boiled and simmered, poured over a box of corn pops and baked low for about an hour.
Thank you for articulating what I've felt ever since seeing this movie!
They also prey on elderly tho too, folks who might be hard of hearing or can be easily manipulated with scare tactics. I have a "password" with my mom that she has to ask me to know its real.
I bought 4 Happy Meals yesterday and got 4 Cap Caps! ๐คฃ Guess I gotta start going inside.
I still love this mold. I have Mirage and Crasher, but I feel like it best suits Drag Strip!
The A-Team film (2010) was a good and deserved at least three more sequels.
Many years ago, a former acquaintance re-posted a *MAJOR* plot spoiler to a popular fantasy books series on a now dead social media site. His reasoning was exactly that, "I had to see it, so now you do to". I'm not petty, but I'll never forget that. Take one for the team and don't post.
I began a project over a year ago selling and donating my collection. I've not made too many mentions of it online, but my thought for tonight is that having done so, the space has given me the opportunity to appreciate what I truly value so much more. And so much easier to get rid of what I don't.
My library was literally using a soup ladle to disperse their ice melt up until a few years ago! I made my own with an old plastic tub of folders and some holes I drilled into the top. It's basically a giant salt Shaker! ๐คฃ
Ugh... never put Spikor in the Slime Pit! ๐คฃ
The world is a vampire!
I haven't seen my Rampage in 10 years. For some reason, he was always awkward to transform. Awesome bot mode but the rest lacks. Probably one of the weakest designs.
It's not Thanksgiving til Del grips his cap.
There were a bunch of these Figment PVCs made. There are others for the various countries represented in Epcot.
Stauffer's Holiday Shortbread Cookies are always a herald of the season!
The truth: I'm a dust collector posing as a toy collector
Truthfully the last three weeks, no, this entire month, has been an absolute beast at work. And not a sexy beast or one you want to make friends with and go on play dates with. The kinda beast you want to set on fire and watch burn.
On this All Hallows' Eve eve, I'd like to share my McNugget Buddies Halloween display. It's definitely one of the oddest pieces I own. I got it in a lot from someone local who used to work at McDonald's and had a bunch of 90s displays they were selling.
I roasted some pumpkins seeds today! I ended up harvesting about four quarts from the pumpkins I carved for the wildlife center. I'm roasting them in small batches. Started simple with a tablespoon of butter, some salt, black pepper, garlic pepper and a light dusting of cayenne pepper.
I am also here to say, "Why is Mer-Man riding Battle Cat!" ๐
Seems fitting that I watch Freddy's Dead tonight. It was released 33 years ago on this day in 1991.

๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ Hear me out. What about a boy who morphs into a car?!
This is where someone would pat themselves on the back and say, "parenting done right." IDK, I think parents who force their own interests on their kids are pathetic. I'm not calling you out. You showed them to her, she didn't take, you both moved on. Kids can pick and choose their own thing.
I enjoyed listening to WUMB Boston until several months back. There seemed to be a shift in programming. I enjoyed the eclectic mix of modern and classic indie/folk music, but a shift seemed to happen, and I don't enjoy it the same. It's too bad, I considered it an oasis from life's troubles.
"I heard you screaming!"
