Hot on the heels of the last mod, the ClearCube! While more of the shells for the newer consoles seem to only be available in a frosted finish, it looks really nice and appropriate for its era, in my opinion.
25 years ago today, Ocarina of Time was released in North American stores. Today I celebrate by posting my next clear-shell adventure: The Nintendo 64!
After tons of searching, I still was unable to find proper clear shells for an OEM controller. Looks like they existed at one point, but not now...

It is buyable from a few sellers, I purchased mine from StoneAgeGamer. Legends say there was a similar mod for the fat PS2 but it seems to have disappeared into the aether!
No retrobright could restore the original shell, so I figured it would be a perfect candidate for something a little alternative!
