We are moving into the second wave of this study--the first wave was a beast, and the second looks to be similar. But the data we get is pretty spiffy!

The first in person meeting of the ARTEMIS Stats and Data Management group, at OSU! Two days of dynamical systems arguments about psychiatric data were seriously intense and seriously inspiring. π With @melaniebozzay.bsky.social and many others!!
Love this.
Congratulations! Looking forward to seeing what you find - !
π¨My trainee Victoria Murphy, data architect Gabriel Mongefranco, and I are pleased to share πEMA-CleanR: R code to pre-process, clean, and visualize ecological momentary assessment (EMA) data!

After 5 years of data collection, our WARN-D machine learning competition to forecast depression onset is now LIVE! We hope many of you will participateβwe have incredibly rich data.
If you share a single thing of my lab this year, please make it this competition.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!
@craiganthonyrs.bsky.social ?
Ray!!!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!
I have been teaching at Brown University for 16 years, and have considered campus and Providence as one of the safest places I've ever lived in the U.S. Still, it's happened here.
My heart goes out to those students and families as they deal with this. We owe them better.
Iβm praying for the lives lost, those in critical condition, & the Brown University community.
More innocent lives stolen due to senseless gun violence.
Itβs long overdue that we treat this gun violence epidemic as the public health crisis it is.
π¨Model Checking for Vector Autoregressive Models π¨
In a new preprint, @joranjongerling.bsky.social, @bsiepe.bsky.social, @sachaepskamp.bsky.social, Lourens Waldorp and I provide a tutorial on model checking for Vector Autoregressive (VAR) models: osf.io/preprints/ps...

π₯UPDATE: I've got a (rough) website up! I am also looking for 1-2 graduate students and/or postdoctoral fellows to join the team in Fall 2026!
Apply via @casaa.bsky.social for the T32 Fellowship or via @unm.edu psychology for graduate study.

Be still my palpitating heart!!!!!!!!!!!
Do you have any opinions on The Acolyte?
I also have not made it through Book of Boba Fett! But maybe I should. I will say I enjoyed Kenobi, which I know makes some people twitch, but by golly the fight between Vader and Obi-Wan! Loved it. LOVED it.
I am a purist, read the Han Solo legends books! Never made it past the scene where the officer names him 'Solo', RIP my childhood! But if you think it is worth continuing, I might sit with the distress and try to finish it out -
I have never actually successfully finished Solo because I respect myself
My my my my my what crazy person lured you out there???
We will use approaches informed by dynamical systems theory to develop models to anticipate suicide attempts days in advance. Looking forward to generating science that can hopefully help us move the needle to reduce suicides.
So excited to work with @jessicaturnerphd.bsky.social to move this important project forward - !
We are looking to hire ASAP and are interviewing in the next few weeks - sometimes people wonder if they should apply due to graduation schedules. We encourage everyone to apply in earnest, we review all apps, and we will see what works for the study!
@jessicaturnerphd.bsky.social and I are #hiring ASAP multiple paid RAs for an NIMH study. Goal: develop new methods to identify who is at risk of suicide, and when. Great opportunity to gain research skills, solid professional mentorship, esp. for grad school! Please share. tinyurl.com/2yp2prhw
Aw shucks, thank you!
Incredible #SRS25 talks from @melaniebozzay.bsky.social , Derek de Beurs, Craig Bryan, and @meganlrogers.bsky.social
The Temporal Dynamics of Suicidal States
CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So well deserved. CONGRATS!
Sending you the most positive possible wishes about the eventual outcome of this. So sorry.
BUT I remember my school wanting the members and it being a "big" deal of sorts. So, maybe you're getting spammed, IDK
