I have carpal tunnel in both wrists, which is unfortunately getting worse 😅 on days where my hands are tingly, numb and achey all at once (very strange sensation), mine is really helpful! I feel like the key to easy cleaning is to do it immediately. Letting anything dry on it is asking for trouble.
Even if you aren’t disabled by illness or injury, you eventually will be by aging.
With old age, you won’t be able to climb stairs easily, walk long distances, see well, hear well, drive everywhere, or bathe standing up.
Disability accommodation helps everyone at some point.

I think we both agree on genuinely loving him as he is, and that’s great :) I know you weren’t directing your remark at me, and I see your concern for him as someone who deserves fair treatment 💜 I also think he’s so much more than the box one might assign him to, and I’m glad you feel the same!

It’s me so often 😂 sometimes snapping by fingers loudly helps me remember, but sometimes, it’s just lost and I HATE IT because I can’t stop thinking about the thing I forgot.

He stims when ordinarily you’d sit still (meals for example), forgets what he was just about to say, and (if you pay attention) he does a great job circling back to topics after going on a tangent :) again, all things I as a person with adhd see in myself and him, not an attempt to diagnose.
Like the zoning out stare!! I’ve done that my entire life 😂 I’ve been asked “are you even listening?” too many times to count because of it, even though, YES, I absolutely am listening!! I’m just also having a LOT of other thoughts while listening to what you’re saying~

Honestly, I just made the comparison based on my personal experience (I have adhd) and while he hasn’t come out and said he has it— which would require an in depth evaluation, mind you— I see many similarities between his mannerisms and my own, which i like to joke about.
