Painting has always been intimidating for me since you don't have the clarity of lineart to guide you. But one of the things I learnt from doing this over the years is that each stroke acts as its own guiding line

You can always paint over to correct or define!

Definitely one of my more ambitious works. The credit goes to Decimate for always having these clear ideas in his head. Helps a lot during the sketching process

I decided to use no outlines for the train to really sell the motion of the piece!

I've been doing pretty good! Studying up stuff like environmental designs and story framing for comics. Even managed to read through some manga completely

I've been struggling with tiredness, but I'm pretty satisfied with the progress. And hella grateful for everyone's patience!

[2/5] A useful tip I can recommend is unifying the palette; for Ba'aþ's pizza, I did an ever so subtle blue tint over the reference colours to mellow out the palette.

Erebes' sticker is a more extreme example, with a big murky yellowish tint over everything...
