Oh then you're either gonna love or hate what I'm working on, as you probably know more about it than I do. Second article "Your Building is Hungry" about forms of energy inputs to building. Then to talk about outputs next (CO2, heat, etc). Then finally controls, sequences, wires, signals, etc.

Or it will drive people to more value-minded software. You can have a lot of fun for $20 and a Potato Computer with Indies.

You ABSOLUTELY do. Not sure what the Skyrim team was thinking honestly. Heck even ESO vibes better than Skyrim does for the whimsicality and worldbuilding

Makes a soul pine for DHCP and BACnet over IP paired with a good old fashioned Loytec. ahhh life could be so dreamy.

And there is a governance body made up of industry nerds via ASHRAE that work to define what the BACnet standard sounds and works like. It's a big rabbit hole. Even large enough for a guy like me to make a good living doing it.

BACnet's intention was to do just that. Most components undergo BTL listing and have a PICS conformance statement to help you figure out just how interoperable they are.

what have they done to that JACE? What are they trying to talk to? LEGO Technic?
