I thought Gyokeres, Hincapie and Saka have all been a little sloppy in possession. Nothing mayor, but still stunting the attack.

If we don't see Havertz instead of Gyokeres I would be shocked.
It wasn't exactly what I ordered, but close enough
It's not one or the other in the end. Just be better in general.
PS. I also think this feeds into the lack of rotation, which contributes to tired legs, which contributes to sloppiness, which contributes to lack of control of games.
My counter to that is that we have had in other games and did have in this game the possibility to score more and no doing so is still a failing of the team.
Also, it does feel like this comes from a certain lack of confidence and I really think it feeds from how tight most of our games feel.
That is one of the dumbest yellows I've seen Timber.
Another hattrick please Eze
Love that celebration from Kai :)
Maybe not on game rule, but in squad composition maybe?
And right now, it doesn't seem like tactically something is going to change on its own. Probably needs a rule change to modify this behavior.
I agree it could easily have been 3-0, but those are very circunstancial goals. Not our most clean game defensively, and we could have scored a couple more. Still feel like this was an overall good game from Arsenal.
I really would like to come on because I don't think we have been attacking well enough through the right. But, I understand the defensive fragility that would come with that and that Arteta won't do it.
Really unfortunate given the state of the game. This is something this team can improve. We need to be more punishing.
Love the angry celebration like FUCKING FINALLY
I expect a full strength team today. Maybe a Jesus start or Kepa (although very unlikely I think).
Do you foresee any way for any other striker to stop Havertz from taking the starting position when he is fit?

MLS has really been a downgrade defensively. The left side has been really open since he came on. Frimpong could have really hurt us and luckily he hasn't had the end product.
ooooohhhh that was touched by the Arsenal defender thats why it didnt get to Wirtz
Wouldn't mind a little Brazilian flair in this time right about now.
COYG!!!!!
My feeling this half is more that in the center there is no space so the ball is not arriving in the box enough for his touches to be there and that he would need to find the ball somewhere else. Frustrating I get it.
We have crossed several times the ball to find no one. We need someone finishing those chances.
A strong game so far, but we need to punish this courageous performance from the current champions.
My main thought is I that yesterdays results made less of a punishment whatever result we pull today if it doesn't go our way.
Zubimendi has been not good. Didn't like his positioning and seems to be failing to cope with the high pressure
When I saw the line up I thought we were going for verticality. Instead we are asking Martinelli to receive with his back to the goal and haven't exploited Madueke enough. Very poor on the ball effort from Arsenal so far.
A lot of credit to Odegaard who was instrumental in that goal. Specially since he didn't wait for the whistle and kept the play alive after Timber fell in the box.
