PASSAGE FOODS, out of Australia, and sold at WM and probably Amazon, puts out CERTIFIED gluten free sauces. Some, not all, but if they're labeled GF they're certified. Seen under names like "Passage to Asia" and "Passage to India".
Same with the BLUE ELEPHANT brand out of India. Some, not all.

Right there with you. Since 2014 ive only eaten out twice, both times only because a visitor wanted to go out. I'll never do it again. Which includes carnivals,festivals, feasts, roasts, coffee clutches, movie theaters... if it's fun it includes foods I/we can't eat.

I hear you, and feel your pain. Haven't had a glazed donut, or any other kind, since 2014 when celiac made itself known to me. 😞 Miss them dearly. And don't even get me started on being forced to pay 2-5 times more for food than the general population. 😡
