I like to contend that this one of the most *fun* Final Fantasies ever released. Just REALLY good gameplay mechanics and diversity of experience. Aesthetically very satisfying with a rich color palette and an absolutely incredible hybrid orchestral/synth-pop score that keeps things engaging.
