#HEMA in the wild - Bronze cast of a pugilist from the Ashmolean museum in Oxford (the original is in the National Museum in Rome). The cestus on the wrists, the wounds and the scarred ears make for a vivid portrait of the intensity of panhellenic combat sports.

Je suis conscient du temps que cela peut prendre de citer ses sources correctement, mais c'est une nécessité en communication scientifique comme en vulgarisation - autant pour guider correctement les gens qui veulent voir plus loin que pour respecter le travail des auteurs.
En ce qui concerne ma traduction, elle est librement partagée sous licence Creative Commons BY-NC-SA - son usage est donc encouragé - à condition de citer (et pas seulement le lien de l'association qui héberge le doc). C'est le cas aussi des informations sur Wiktenauer ou le Wiki AMHE.
Je parle des références des manuscrits dans les institutions qui les conservent, les partagent et les mettent à disposition :

A noter que rien de ce que je dis n'est un reproche, mais un rappel - c'est pour ça que je pointais vers la page de bonnes pratiques de citations de la FFAMHE.
En ce qui concerne la cote des manuscrits, je ne parle pas de la foliation de chaque image (encore que c'est toujours apprécié).
Ce sera déjà ça - Wiktenauer compile une bonne biblio.
Il faudrait aussi citer les cotes des manuscrits. La traduction FR du passage sur l'épée est -si je ne m'abuse- celle que j'ai partagé en 2013(Folio 27r du Ms. Ludwig XV-13, collection Getty).
Très bonne vidéo d'intro. Je pourrais beaucoup pinailler, mais la principale critique, c'est qu'il est dommage de ne pas y voir citées les ressources, articles et références dans lesquelles ont été piochées les informations et les traductions.
