Sadly true and probably higher hurdles to get over.
I guess it is already a foregone conclusion that Abreu is headed for the door after this season. That feels painful but then every time we lose home-grown stars to free agency, that's how it feels.

They have shown really well so far. Understandably, I am pulling for both sides to win.
In the early 90’s I was known for dragging all the TV ‘s into the lounge on days when there were conflicting sports schedules.

Looking through Walker's previous season's spring training stats. Where there is any amount of reasonable PA's, he has never been less than 250-ish on average.
Is it too early or can I start to be disappointed?

Where before each pitcher had to adjust to each individual umpire’s strike zone idiosyncrasies, that’s mostly out the window now.
It may be that Bacon has always had some fat on one side, or cut thin elsewhere, the zone is well and truly set now. Lots of folks having to adapt.i
