AAAND I think it’s wildly clever to use Icarus as a storytelling mechanism because Loona=moon, which is a common symbol of femininity, and the sun being what melt Icarus’ wings, paired with the scene of the men shooting down the birds, makes a very clear statement

Writing this out for literally no one to see but GOSH I keep thinking about the Icarus MV and how it’s a feminist criticism of the industry, and how multiple players factor into the girls’ destruction, and how they’re left alone to pick up the pieces
