Thank you for your patience as we navigate through this. We're upset too. We're doing what we can but there are still many unknowns at this point.

With NSFW + horror you quickly reach the boundaries of the list that itch has provided. A list that is vague because the payment processors keep it vague.

Also, being withheld from a final payout is to avoid using payment processors based on said content. This is not Evil Itch stealing your money.

What could they have done?

Maybe look at that industry standard percentage and wonder if it's smart to deprive itch from any revenue share for a change they were pretty much forced to make.

You attack a friend by using the reason they are a friend in the first place.
