Happy to have this one finally out. Since the first generation was very popular in the proteomics community, we decided to work on a second generation including the latest innovations in LC-MS. Very grateful to all collaborators and a special shoutout to @robbedevr.bsky.social from @compomics.com

The plate is positioned incorrectly?

Is it just me or is there a mistake in the figure and should the 250ng be 250 pg?

Nevertheless, we are extremely happy with the Andrew+ and have been able to automate a lot of our protocols including SP3 and S-trap (both in 96-well format)

Keep in mind that you still not to buy some domino’s, connected devices and the bluetooth pipettes. In other words, the cost will be closer to 30-50k, depending on the setup/protocol you want to automate.
