My pet peeve in third person is shifting POV within scenes, which doesn't happen as much when you write first person. But I don't have a strong preference either way as long as the writing's good.
Thanks now all I can think is "Look at this stuff, isn't it neat? Wouldn't you think my collection's complete?"
