La Vuelta a... Galicia? La Vuelta Femenina ๐ช๐ธ have revealed the route for the 2026 edition and it is very clustered into one area.
It's a fantastic area for racing, sure! But, should this have the tag of being La Vuelta?
What do you think to the route?

Very strong ride. Also, with the way the route is, I wouldn't be surprised if Ganna and Sheffield stay around the top 10 to 15 by the final stage

He said this afterwards... "the feeling was good, I came in without expectations for the TT, I pushed a little bit for a warm up for the rest of the race. I hope to be there to battle for a stage win so we shall have a few stages to try and go for it."

Yeah he's flown in the second half of this TT. He was one of the first off the ramp but a lot of riders have now finished. Roglic, Ganna, Van der Poel, Healy and more to come, though

Tirreno-Adriatico stage 1 LIVE - Riders go against the clock in race opener
Seven-day race kicks off with a race against the clock in Lido di Camaiore
Both Sheffield ๐บ๐ธ and Walscheid ๐ฉ๐ช go fastest at the split with 12" on Hatherly ๐ฟ๐ฆ, but the South African was a rocket in the second half of the race and has put in plenty time to the UAE Team Emirates-XRG riders that have come and gone.

Day one at Tirreno-Adriatico ๐ฎ๐น and it is the usual ITT in Lido di Camaiore.
Ganna ๐ฎ๐น is the big favourite but how will the likes of Del Toro ๐ฒ๐ฝ, Christen ๐จ๐ญ, Rogliฤ ๐ธ๐ฎ, Pellizzari ๐ฎ๐น, Van der Poel ๐ณ๐ฑ, Van Aert ๐ง๐ช, Healy ๐ฎ๐ช, Carapaz ๐ช๐จ, Ciccone ๐ฎ๐น, Arensman ๐ณ๐ฑ, Van Eetvelt ๐ง๐ช etc do against the clock?

S7. Civitanova Marche to San Benedetto del Tronto (142km)
The classic finale to the race in San Benedetto del Tronto comes again. The TT is long gone but the sprint stage seems here to stay. Albeit, with two small climbs along the way, including the categorised Ripatransone.

S6. San Severino Marche to Camerino (188km)
The final GC day of the race sees the riders tackle yet another brutal looking stage with 3 ascents of the Camerino climb as well as an earlier ascent of the Sassotetto climb. Could Van der Poel ๐ณ๐ฑ potentially still be in the mix by this point?

S5. Marotta-Mondolfo to Mombaroccio (184km)
One of the two key GC stages towards the end of the race comes on this day with two ascents of the Santuario Beato Sante among other climbs. It isn't a summit finish, after the peak the riders quickly plummet to the finish in Mombaroccio.

S4. Tagliacozzo to Martinsicuro (213km)
A day that looks tailor made for a breakaway, but will the big names in the bunch allow it to succeed?

S3. Cortona to Magliano de' Marsi (221km)
A day that looks set for the sprinters. Will Philipsen ๐ง๐ช find his luck? Or will it be more about the in form stars of Milan ๐ฎ๐น and Magnier ๐ซ๐ท?

S2. Camaiore to San Gimignano (206km)
A stage I am very excited about. Not just because of the parcour and the gravel climb to the finish, which will throw the cat amongst the pigeons, but because of the finish location. The UNESCO World Heritage site is a place I would love to return one day.

S1. Lido di Camaiore to Lido di Camaiore (11.5km ITT)
The traditional curtain raiser for the race is set to be the start yet again. Ganna ๐ฎ๐น will be hoping to take another TT win after the Italian champ bested the rest in the Algarve earlier in the year.
