I recommend using fvm to upgrade, like that you can easily go back to a previous version of Flutter if there are issues with the new version. fvm.app

One thing I love about developing in Flutter is that you can deploy a web version on Firebase hosting and send that link to people for testing. Then when you're ready you can upload it to the App Stores.
