The media bias isn't liberal, of course. It's biased towards presenting "both sides" and offering equal or greater counterweight to those that dehumanize and call for the abdication of human rights.

A "corrective" against conservative media consumers who will never recognize or acknowledge this.

The transphobic things my sister and brother say to me are directly parroted from bigoted media they encounter.

They couldn't define "ideology" if asked, but they will confidently assert that "trans ideology" is dangerous and can't be taught to kids, none of whom should have access to healthcare.
