But, has this been explored from the @legalservicescorp.bsky.social side of things (i.e., any studies / think pieces on it out there?)
Should we be treating this as a βbenefits cliffβ issue, like other social service programs? And attempting to find policy / program design solutions to mitigate?
We talk a lot about sliding scale and limited scope services as a mechanism to involve the private bar in our quest to address #accesstojustice.
My perception is that itβs not particularly working all that well, definitely not at scale. (Please disagree if you have a different POV)
