I just tested that by listening to the Hindi translation of one of my videos. Holy shit that's horrible, off to disable it now...
You can't do it globally, but you can choose a specific audio track for a specific video in the same place you choose video quality, playback speed etc.

He doesn't have a great reputation for honouring deals. Regardless, I don't think that negates my point: the presence of an unstable moron in the White House gives every potential target a legitimate need for a deterrent.
You could argue that when the US gave the nuclear codes to the guy that wanted to nuke a hurricane, they also gave Iran a totally legitimate reason to seek their own deterrent.
