So lovely!

A mallard couple sit so still side by side, just resting together on the water of a wetlands area. They and the water are so still that their bodies are reflected on the water’s light blue surface. Green march grasses are sprouting out of the water in bunches around the ducks and they also provide reflections on the water. In the background at the top of the photo there is a strip of brown dirt land with green marsh grasses.

This mallard couple was showing off the power of peacefully sitting still as I stopped and stood still watching them. They definitely helped soothe my entire being for the day!

Absolutely stunning!

A Utah red rock desert is covered by a fresh coating of snow at sunrise. There is a meandering creek from the lower right to the upper left of the image and the clouds above the ridges are pink.

There are few things as beautiful as the desert after a snowfall.
