I would consider it hate only because we keep hearing the characters bickering about the same things every episode, which moves their personal narratives and the show's at a glacial pace.
For a show that centers around family drama that is a problem.
Playing with expectations is one thing but when every new element feels like a MacGuffin it's hard to care. The characters all hate each other, so why do we want them to succeed? What's the point of it all? Are we really learning anything beyond how awful it is to live in Alaska?

Wellness means watching Werner Herzog movies and appreciating life.
