Master and Commander movie still with Russell Crowe.
I had no idea there were 20 Master and Commander novels. Seems like another rabbit hole waiting for me.
Anyone out there know if these books are worth reading?

I really hope it happens, and they keep it true to what it was.

I wish our superheroes were super.
Jabba the Hutt's son Rotta in The Mandalorian & Grogu.
Right now he looks a bit like poo. If they built a real suit like they did in Return of the Jedi, he’d probably look way more lifelike and a lot less glossy and poo-like. Guillermo del Toro could make a Jabba suit fight on camera.
Subverting our expectations like a mf.😆
That trailer makes it feel too grounded.
After watching this, my Green Lantern ring isn’t glowing that much.
“Don’t eat candy, eat fruit.”
“No, not that fruit. That fruit is basically candy.”
Homer sticker placed next to the Apple logo on my computer.
I found a perfect spot for him.
T-Rex sleeping on the ground.
Maybe it’s just me, but I’d never thought about a T-Rex taking a nap. The one highlight of Jurassic World Rebirth was seeing it sleeping and rolling over like some 8-ton house cat.
I hope you like it. I enjoyed volume one but I’m finding it more enjoyable as a whole. It feels like the story is going to flow straight to the end. I’m 3/4 of the way through now.
It’s definitely a slow burn, but I’ve hit the part where everything ignites, and now I can’t put it down. All I need is the time to finish it!
Friday Fitzhugh looking concerned.
A shack burns while a body lies in the snow, someone sitting beside it.
The art has a nostalgic, almost cozy look.
A story map illustration at the front of the book.
If there’s a map at the front of the book, chances are the story’s about to be good.😆
Friday Fitzhugh and Lancelot “Lancelot Jones” on the cover. Snow and a watchtower in the background.
I’m about halfway through. It’s about a grown-up girl detective who returns home and realizes the Scooby-Doo-style mysteries from her childhood were never solved.
He makes me laugh every day.
Might need to pay the digital rental fee. I’ve heard it’s worth it. I’m getting close to pulling the trigger and paying whatever fee.😆
I’d settle for the hoverboard we were promised. Completely agree with you on the cars.
Rob Zombie appears on the black-and-white cover of his new album The Great Satan.
I think I’m going to add “Heathen Days” and “The Black Scorpion” to my White Zombie/Rob Zombie favorites. The rest of the album felt pretty standard for him. “Black Rat Coffin” was okay, and “Who Am I?” will make a good song intro on a custom playlist..
A vibrant, impressionistic painting depicts a long, thin spacecraft traveling through a colorful nebula toward a bright, glowing star or galaxy.

One of my biggest regrets is not seeing him live.
That’s not a common Tom Waits choice!
It ended how I thought it should, but I still had my usual “wife picked a rom-com” reaction along the way. 65 years of marriage and Elizabeth Olsen is having trouble deciding who to spend eternity with.
Eternity staring Elizabeth Olsen (Joan), Miles Teller (Larry), Callum Turner (Luke).
This was a pretty good date night movie. It’s basically a romantic afterlife story about picking which relationship you want to last forever.
This made me laugh. It’s Fire Marshal Bill in Darth Vaders suit with Luke over him. Scene from Return of The Jedi.
“Luke. Lemme SHOW YOU SOMETHING!!!“
