Intimate harmonies give way to crashing guitars and a sound like a Hammond organ, before the voices soar in another glorious outro 😊

Great to see those albums pictured, Ricky! As you’re working through the band’s music, I also recommend their 2022 EP, The Besnard Lakes Are The Prayers For The Death Of Fame, and especially all 16 minutes of Silver Shadows, one of the highlights of their recent Birmingham gig 😊

She hasn’t toured for a while, and we last saw her in 2017! She spoke on Thursday about the reasons for that. Hopefully this tour has been a success and you’ll have a chance to see her again before too long.

Great to hear some of those songs with a live band too, Mark. A fuller sound than I remember from her earlier records.

Another rose, but this time Rose Of Cimarron, the title track of Poco’s 1976 album.

A song which begins as pleasant yet unremarkable country rock lifts off after four minutes with strings, harmonies and guitar solo. Glorious 🌹

You can tell from the cover of mine Vincent that I also paid not very much! The vinyl at least is in excellent condition 😊

We’ve highlighted most of the album between us! Really has stood the test of time.
