Yesterday as the first POW exchange was taking place, I was the first to state there would be a second exchange today.
That's now happened - the total number of Ukrainians who've returned from Russian jails is 500 over the two days.
Just to be clear, if these people wanted to live under Russian rule, they could have crossed at the open border crossing in the same Sumy region.
It's the second time Russia forcibly deported civilians to leave, following Hrabivske in December.
