If they could find a plausible angle to get Nikki Swango back in the mix, I’d really enjoy watching her obliterate some ICE officers on TV. For gods sake, they call themselves ICE, how can we NOT have a season of a tv show that exploits the motif of frozen plains? It’s right there.
It’s got all the classic Fargo elements: avarice, sadism, different levels of law enforcement, a cultishly evil bad guy at the center of things, and Midwestern nice showing itself to reveal indomitable grit.
But what we now OBVIOUSLY need is a spinoff from just that season where Gloria Burgle is out of DHS and hunting 2026-style ICE and CPB goons in Minneapolis in some municipal capacity.
