Oh and none of the trusted inner circle that I’d talk to is available due to either being busy or dealing with their own stuff so that also doesn’t help the RSD, depression, anxiety, or emotional regulation.

One of the worst parts of this depression is how it impacts by already lacking (thanks ADHD) emotional regulation. My rejection sensitivity is so severe right now. And I KNOW it is but that doesn’t matter because I’m depressed and anxious. 🙃🫠
