i think youre projecting your own limitations of understanding onto it honestly. science is not absolute truth, its documentation of repeatable observations. observation is fundamental to perspective. i know what youre saying. i just wanted to convey why i think its not worth worrying about

so that also goes to say that we as a form do get these outside perspectives, theyre just not very useful since being a human is the focus of humans. the outside experiences rly just permafry your mind and for some that can be ruinous and for others it makes the human experience meaningful, etc.

bonus story, i knew a guy who smoked salvia from the gas station as a teen in his garage. his soul was instantaneously removed from his human form and transmuted into a backpack, he lived many years as a literal backpack. he said it was one of the worst experiences hes ever had lol

life so the best goal would be to live now as you want to be in the human frame. some people try to focus on their next form their whole lives, for me personally that would feel like missing out. being human is beautiful and very changeable compared to many other known forms. thats my philosophy

the extant version of their end goal would be controllable salvia/dmt, but since the human experience is focused on being human, experiencing the access point of all experiences or living another experience thru these chemicals can destroy the mind. i believe you can be anything else in another
