I suppose Dick Van Dyke and he will just have to spend more time together.
Long term ice core studies show that similar events have happened over the millennia. When compared the 1859 solar storm barely even register. They are historically much, much worse.
My 20kw panels and 48kWh battery installs next month. Itβs a total no brainer to pull money from my super for this and be financially better off in the long term.
Weβre fucked.
With these declining percentages of people believing in climate change thereβs no way things will turn around. People just donβt understand the basic science. And we grey beards can already compare the difference from our youth so weβre in despair π©
I assume youβre elbow deep in the sewer of the filter?
I call it the wrist slashing music I despise. Until I heard βCowgirl in the Rainβ, the only song I feel is a little uplifting.
Toyota is so late to the party I doubt this will make a great impact. Sure theyβll sell a few BEVs but chasing the hydrogen boondoggle is a complete waste. In the mean time Chinese BEVs will eat their lunch.

Front cover of the book white cover with black text, If Anyone Builds It, Everyone Dies THE CASE AGAINST SUPERINTELLIGENT AI Eliezer Yudkowsky and Nate Soares 'A loud trumpet call to humanity to awaken us as we sleepwalk into disaster STEPHEN FRY On a grey cloth background.

I havenβt felt this way since walking out of the cinema after seeing βThe Day Afterβ in 1983. Iβm just much older and have less life to miss out on this time.
When you spend years striving for a goal, itβs an odd feeling to finally arrive. Six years and Iβm now retired in my new home.
After nearly 50 working years Iβm retiring in 5 hours. And other than payroll and my immediate supervisor, no one knows.
Thirty years ago we paid off the house and weβre mortgage free. A month later we broke up. Iβve been paying rent and mortgage ever sinceβ¦ Until today. Accommodation is now fully paid for. What a relief.
Oh stop talking of the Liberal party memebership
Gaia theory has always been a concept Iβve been fascinated with. This is an extension where we have a global intelligence.

Well so much for any more career advancement π€·ββοΈ
Just bought an Atto 3 myself.
On Monday, does Peter Dutton have to go to his parliamentary office to clean it out or do they just send him the boxes? I suppose he could just ask John Howard.
βWeβve tried Dutton - what else have we got? Well not much because if Angus Taylor is the answer, itβs a stupid question.β β Graham Richardson
My lifetime has now become history.
This is introducing Countdown to younger generations as a historical phenomenon and for me itβs my youth.
How nice it is to see the moon the βcorrectβ way up. So rarely do we see an image from the southern hemisphere.
Oh, Thatβs perfect.
