I can see that, Foxy
I can see that, Foxy
No Mallomar review?
Tired foxy napping on the deck
No idea who drew it, but why did they put Peewee Herman on the cover?
Tatjana Wood has passed at age 99. Her huge body of work in comics is legendary. I was lucky enough to collaborate with her on Swamp Thing. Special talent and special lady!
The fox who visits our deck has got a baby bump! #fox
Meeting the devil last night after watching The Devil and Daisy Dirt! I'll be working with the creative team to bring the folk horror musical into a comic book along with @xnangeles.bsky.social
That's me, the devil and @jackmandrakeart.bsky.social I've started some sketches, more later.
Check out the concepts and art by @tmandrake.bsky.social for The Devil and Daisy Dirt.
More later. We⦠are absolutely working together on adapting this NJ play into a comic book.
Expect a ton of stuff soon.
I've got to be careful about spoilers regarding The Swamp Thing 1989, but I'm pretty sure you can't learn anything from this panel! Had a blast working on the project!

I'll post some Swamp Thing teasers tomorrow. Today, just know foxy can nap comfortably in zero degrees. She loves our deck regardless.
Sal Buscema, a comic artist best known for legendary runs on Marvel's Incredible Hulk and Spectacular Spider-Man, reportedly passed away last Friday, just short of his 90th birthday.
Seasons greetings everyone!
Anytime you want to talk about GrimJack, let's do it! I'm glad you're enjoying it β€οΈ
If nothing else John and I had a hell of a lot of fun on GrimJack. Good times in Cynosure!
You may be reading just a little too much into it. While there's an obvious nod to Shang Chi here the other characters while not exactly created from whole cloth we're not meant to be stand ins for the characters you mention.
We had 6 inches of snow but our fox friend still stops by!
So who has the license and should we talk?
Yeah, the Green Hornet is pretty cool!
Thanks Patch, same here, and I've been loving the Conan and Solomon Kane stuff!
Yeah, right there with ya Patch
First little dusting of snow, just makes a fox look that much cuter #fox
You want to watch me and my buddy Matt nerd out about 90s comics for probably longer than anyone really wants to listen to?
This was a really fun conversation, with a lot of thoughts about magic superheroes and the great Tom Mandrake.
Glad you healed up! Nothing like a little weather to remind us of our various ancient injuries :)
I don't know why I love this one so much
I drew this 'cause I have a fractured sternum and it's pretty much how I feel. Four weeks in, I'm told these things take time but c'mon already...
I was pretty sure we had, seems like it was a while ago :)
I'm intrigued as a long time NJ guy and cryptid fan! ArtStation - Tom Mandrake share.google/KBpuHtOnYQza...
Fox doesn't mind a little rain. Still a nice day for a table nap
Sleepy fox Sunday
That's a solid and fair review of Dr. Spektor. Gold Key always had great painted covers too. If I remember correctly didn't Dan Spiegle do a run on that title as well?
