I’ve come to the conclusion that no airline is interested in serving customers. Air Canada is perennially disappointing, Delta has climbed my shortlist today, Westjet is miserable, my last Porter experience was awful. So far, United is mediocre. KLM/AF is good but don’t fly everywhere.
Unpopular opinion: the status information I need from my airline app is not “ready to board” but rather “% of plane pre boarding” so I can adjust my expectations.
