(My first venture into zines was about the stone circles of the M6 when I was 17 or something (it wasn’t very good!)

Gunnerkeld is southbound only, does that count as a full view or only a half? 😉 What’s the other. I know you can see the M6 from Oddendale, but I think it’d be hard to spot the other way round!

The Menhir and Dolmen of Kerluir. Right in the heart of the Carnac landscape but rarely visited…

It may well have been, not sure where I got bread oven inside from… it looks like it’s been taken down a lot since my visit twenty odd years ago… I’ll have to dig out the photos!

A long time ago, on weekend off from a warehouse job I had in Nantes, I took an extra day off and searched out may of these. They really are amazingly huge. Did you find the one with a bread oven inside? Can’t remember the name now… I must go back!

When I started primary teaching (before they got a bit more strict about it). I would change into trainers and put an old trackie top from, perhaps, the 70s over my shirt and tie. Apparently that’s not sportswear.

We went to Worsthorne Stone Circle. The weather was bleak and there’s not much to actually see there on the ground. There was a cremation excavated there in the 1880’s so it is legit.
Saw our first snowdrops of spring on the walk back to the van…
