The property is not declared as nullable, so requires a value before the constructor exits (we can't see that), so the llm sets it= null, but that would raise a warning, so it uses null!

Had the same experience with a WinUi3 "modernize", it spent 12 minutes to change the tfm and two package references.
I only did it to see how useful it would be.
