I made Italian beef sandwiches for dinner today… they were a hit. The beef turned out sooooooo good. I had been craving one for a long time and there’s just no good places to get them here… took it upon myself and it seems like they are gonna be a regular in the roatation.

That’s the hard part… I KNOW that June has issues with food, we work hard with her on it. At the same time, grace needs to be given and she can’t be expected to act like an adult at 8 years old. I should be able to expect a 70 year old to act like an adult though… sheesh.

It’s one of those things… I get his frustration, but you gotta be an adult about it. You can’t just snap at a neurospicy 8 year old and expect it to go well.

Gotta love awkward family dinners… my dad snapped at my daughter and I let him know it wasn’t okay… I’m obviously the bad guy now. Gaahhhhhhhhh
