Here’s the thing, I really love cities skylines 2 BUT! I need that asset editor okay!

I don’t want to make a paradise, I want to make a mediocre Canadian city with just awful rail infrastructure, old out of date, poorly maintained and with the worst most oldest and run down possible rolling stock!
