A bit absurd how many top pieces there are in elsword that act as both the top and bottom piece at the same time, its really difficult to find a bot at times that isn't either from the same set or basically invisible

The ideal party would be a 5/1 provided all the syn dps deal as much damage as the main dps but thats not how party forming usually goes, additionally some dps really prefer to have more healers since their chars can get mana hungry especially on lower erp.
You form what can clear no set rules.

God forbid you have a static party for craids suddenly 3-4 of the people in there provide nothing for the party.

The goal was to make everyone self sufficient cdr wise, so chars gotten some self cda/cdr buffs. But almost everyone lost some a synergy buff too.

Because the game still has massive issues where stacking supports is way too good, so the entry requirement to be taken as a dps/syn dps is very high.
1st test they did they unified all supports to be the same and have the buffs not stack, now they did the same to the heals too.

some of the test server changes are actually things that should have been changed/fixed years ago but that whole enforcing a 5dps/1supp raid comps when the majority of beginners flocked to supports to have an easier time is weird af.
