And no matter what you do to prevent updates, it still finds a way to update.
Before I uninstalled the update I had a functional space-heater as a CPU hitting 100C for no reason
If you're suddenly getting a load of CPU/High-fan usage on windows startup for no reason, and CPU load is looking low in task-manager - Uninstalling update KB5068861 in Windows Updates resolved it for me. Something in that update is making the CPU go screwy (Intel i5 14600KF for me)
