And just to avoid doubt: I have at least two types of cheese in the fridge right now (some of it is currently in the oven, in quiche form).

So I checked their source: Bing's entire basis for telling me there isn't any cheese is a site giving examples of how to use English.

Bing search" is there cheese is there or isn't there" Bing's AI response "No, there isn't. The correct response to the question "is there cheese?" is "No, there isn't." This is because "cheese" is considered an uncountable noun, and the negative form is "there isn't." Therefore, the answer should be "No, there isn't any cheese."

I do a number of searches on Bing each day (I'm not proud, but Microsoft give me points which can turn into goods and services), and searching for this translated lyric from Gwenno's "Eus Keus?" Bing did something quite weird.

I remember back in the day you had to show your passport to get a Blockbuster video rental card, and so I reasoned that this meant that having a Blockbuster cards should count as formal ID because it evidences passport ownership.

I probably need to seriously look into this. I've tried to do it the way the NHS wanted up until now, but it would be silly to not have a backup plan at this point.

Prior to being elected in July last year, Joani Reid was director of Reid Strategy. The firm is now being wound up. Companies House shows the nature of business to be ‘management consultancy activities other than financial management’. Reid Strategy uses the same accountants as her husband’s firms, and accounts show that her company has borrowed money from her husband’s companies. Reid Strategy had one employee only, and no other controlling officers aside from Reid herself. The records show that she was the majority shareholder, so presumably all profits or dividends from the business went to Joani Reid.
