Falling asleep over a movie is underrated. Had a a period in my life where I watched “Planet of the Apes” numerous times each week. I dozed off and woke up to an ape lecturing me about humanity. Makes sense in a liminal space between wake and sleep. Soundtrack’s also mostly ambient, which is nice 😴

My brother, I see you, I hear you - when I became sober, I quit my job as a bartender. Almost a year later, I discovered that I owed RSK a bunch of money due to a bookkeeping error that had me counted as staff for over six months after I had left the establishment. 🙃
