Interesting paper on local engagement in AI governance. I'm generally a bit skeptical of engagement without power/control & would like to hear more on the procedures that can vest control on such global/transversal issues at the local level.

I fully share the skepticism about engagement without power - hence why we believe in the need for it to always be connected at the source of decision making. It's why I am yet to be convinced by any of the calls for global engagement on AI.
