Sears Tower Zipline
@maggiehendricks
Sometimes sports journo, sometimes comms pro, always a maker. Love Chicago. Probably making a Taskmaster or Murder, She Wrote joke. I won't answer any questions you can Google. I'm here for conversation, not debate. I mute whining about officials.
Sears Tower Zipline
I have been enjoying this show but she has every right to be angry. There is zero nuance to the Daryl Hannah character. She is just played as every Hollywood stereotype in one convenient package.
why did i instantly think of
I will write many lists!
Yeah, it's cheap and super effective but guhhhh
Thank you. Yeah, sitting still on it is not easy!
Every single time I have an asthma flare-up I think, nah, won't need prednisone this time.
So anyway, I'm on prednisone so I pre-apologize for pretty much everything.
Eating pizza AND disavowing AI..? Yes, please
I saw that they have the Verve Pipe opening for them, too! Pete and I saw them at Sausage Fest (lol) a while back and they were great.
Stupid trade deadline.
I deserve it, honestly.
Did you get ads? The one in Chicago is in a suburb and the ads were hilarious. One of the local t-shirt companies even made these: chitownclothing.com/products/syb...
I haven't heard much from my English Arsenal fan boss from the Olympics but LOL I bet he will dig out my email if it happens.
"Have we seen a rise in positive tests? Yes. Have we seen an overwhelming run on our hospitals because of hospitalizations? No," Mullin said, despite health care and hospital leaders across the state stressing for weeks that intensive care units in Oklahoma are operating at, near or sometimes over capacity and some hospitals are constructing overflow tents.
Markwayne Mullin once prompted me to include the most fact-checking hyperlinks in any single sentence I've ever published
I will never hear the name Markwayne Mullin without thinking of this kimmyschmidt.fandom.com/wiki/Reveren...
Kristi Noem changed her entire face for this job. π
nobody tell Noem let's see how long we can keep this going
Awwww, classic internet lore
Sigh.
I mean I get it but still. Sigh.
Thanks!
Thanks! You see this, @badasscrossstitch.bsky.social?
It feels like trolling at this point.
Sharing as I also want to know this.
i don't know how to teach people to be more curious but i think that's what we desperately need
You're working on it.
Amen!
As a Cubs fan, I get it. If I were a Sox fan I'd likely disengage, the way I have with the Bulls, but I cannot ever imagine changing my allegiance.

I feel like this is the same kind of thing. You better love chocolate!
There's a chain called Hotel Chocolat that's in the UK and a few places in the US, and the CEO recently said in an interview with the Chicago Tribune that "Chocolate is a category that is ripe for disruption." and I hate him so much. www.chicagotribune.com/2026/02/13/h...
None of these guys look like they love eating burgers. They look like MBA types who got into the burger business for money. Now Dave Thomas, that was a guy who looked obsessed with giving you the greatest square-patty burger you could ever imagine at an extremely good price.
