First time doing a study of artwork that's done by the old masters of my culture. The hands were humbling, but the experience was personal and illuminating. 🕯️

The texture in the first is gorgeous.

Seeing traditional art gets to me every time.

And having the ability to make art myself makes me feel connected to the collective cultural experience of humanity. 🥺
